Regional Director Responsibilities

Regional Directors are responsible for representing the Club in your entire region and include, but are not limited to, the following responsibilities:

  • Moderating the forums as they pertain to your Province/Region
  • Updating a new “Featured Member” from your Region every quarter (3 months) on the website
  • Being available via email should any members in your Region require specific assistance
  • Organizing, or delegating the organization for all cruise events and car shows in your Region
  • Posting the details of the event on the Club’s site
  • Reporting to the National Committee on a quarterly basis with programs and initiatives
  • Representation (online acceptable) at the Club’s Annual General Meeting
  • Accurate receipt collection for all reimbursable expenses (Excel Format)
  • Promoting the Club in your region whenever possible
  • Representing the Club in a professional manner at all times
  • Ensuring that Club Members in your Region are abiding to all Club rules
  • Having at least one (1) Cruise per year with the members in your Region
  • Having at least one (1) Event per year with the members in your Region
  • Donation of all proceeds collected at events to a local charity of your choice

A small annual budget will be available to all Regional directors to assist with Event and Cruise nights.  The “Event” in your Region should consist of having as many members present as possible and proceeds from the event are to be donated to a local charity of your choice.  Data collection and proof of payments for all reimbursable expenses will be required.
